     The Young Women and the Young Men joined forces in November to deliver pies to Ward members.

Christmas Crepes

Here we are making crepes for christmas,  it was fun and yummy!  Thanks LaDell and Fran for whipping them up.  Well as you can see, some people were not actually making crepes!

Chocolate bags!

 For a Christmas activity we made chocolate bags!  To make them you melt those chocolate wafers that you can buy at Michael's and then you use a spoon and coat the inside of a wax lined bag.  That is what the girls are doing here.

 Then you peel off the bag and there is your finished product.  You can fill it with more chocolate!

A Night at the Beach

A few weeks ago we went to the http://www.fitzgeraldreserve.org/ to see the beach, commune with nature and get in a bit of girl bonding.  To our surprise the beach was filled with harbor seals.  We had a blast checking them out.  Here are some pictures taken by Christina.

SANTA CRUZ!

This year we resumed our annual trip to Santa Cruz.  19 Young Women and Young Men attended, and lots of friends.  We had a great time.  Mostly spent waiting in long lines,  but ready to do it again next year!

Camp Fundraiser

We had a great Camp Fundraiser in early April.  10 Families helped us by donating items for sale.  We had a lot of fun and the girls earned money to help defray the cost of girls camp.  Thanks everyone for all your help.
